Welcome to a journey of transformation and renewal. My name is Keila Silva, and my path into cosmetic post-surgical care is deeply personal and profoundly professional. Born in Brazil and now a proud American citizen, I first encountered the emotional weight of cosmetic surgery when my mother, after having five children, sought to regain her self-esteem through cosmetic surgery. Despite her hopes, the lack of proper pre-op exams and post-op care led to disappointing results that almost treated her life, and let her without her savings. I was only 11 years old when it happened. However, It ignited a lifelong passion within me to understand and improve the outcomes of surgical procedures.

I did not come from a wealthy family and had to start working early. My mother worked in the aesthetic and wellness industry, and I was always observing, helping, and learning. At 18, I got my first position in health care as a Community Health Agent, making the connection between the medical team and the community. I witnessed firsthand how crucial education and proper directions are in the well-being and healing process of the patients. Years later, I moved from Brazil to the United States and became a nurse. As a nurse with over a decade of experience in post-surgical care, I have witnessed the importance of comprehensive care in achieving successful results. My journey through motherhood and my own cosmetic procedure further deepened my empathy and commitment to helping women enhance their bodies and regain their confidence. This commitment led me to pursue specialized training in cosmetic post-surgical care, becoming a certified massage therapist and aesthetician. I am dedicated to perfecting techniques that ensure optimal results, and I am constantly seeking new knowledge and skills to better serve my clients. My Post-Op Nurse emerged from this desire to help my clients achieve their dream bodies while using education,  and top-notch applied scientific knowledge to transform the care given to Cosmetic Surgical patients.
